The official state website is not updated for the current legislative session until late in the year when the statute books are published and the statute numbers become the legal reference for the amended law. The legal reference for amended law from the time it becomes effective until publication of the statute book is the Session Laws found on the website of the Secretary of State. While the Session Law is the legally correct reference, it is difficult to find recently amended law on the official state websites from the time when new law is effective until the statute books are published.

On this website amended law is in the statutes at the time it becomes law. I also include new law which is often referenced either by the new statute number when known or by the Session Law reference.

On the State website you can only see (or print) the contents of one statute at a time.
